Weather

Parasailing can be cancelled at our discretion based on weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule your booking and notify you immediately.

Guidelines

• Children must be 8 and over to parasail with a minimum weight 50kgs for a single rider.
• Children 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign the waiver on their behalf.
• Rider’s maximum weight is 140kgs single or combined tandem.
• All riders will be required to sign a waiver and wear a personal flotation device which will be provided on the day.
• Riders do so at their own risk, people are not permitted to ride if they are pregnant, suffer from previous serious injuries, have back or neck injuries or heart conditions, it is the responsibility of these people to inform South Perth Parasailing of their condition. If you have any queries or concerns please contact us prior to booking or speak to staff before boarding.

Cancellations

• Any booking cancelled with 3 or more days notice will be given a full refund.
• Any booking cancelled with 2 days notice will be given a 75% refund.
• Any booking cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or failure to show up will be given no refund.
• Any booking transferred with more than 24 hours notice will be done at no cost.
• Any booking transferred with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a fee of $20.
• South Perth Parasailing reserves the right to cancel or change ride dates and times.
